Our client is an international financial institution, they are now seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them.
Develop strategy, platforms, and approach to drive direct to customers/ direct to customers to agent propositions on owned and partner platforms. Support Distribution, rethink customer facing digital properties to support traditional distribution. Develop capability, provide governance, best practices and thought leadership to markets maximizing returns from digital channels.
Optimize launched digital channels, leverage learnings to define best practice to apply to other partners across markets. Work with stakeholders in the Regional office, local Marketing Distribution to review existing digital solution to identify area of optimization. Influence and collaborate with channel owners and stakeholders to implement updates to increase direct to customers sales. Identify and implement best practices to ensure product offering match on-channel customer segments, data driven approach to drive traffic leveraging tactics to maximize paid, organic and owned traffic. Define the direct to customer strategy for each market, along the lines of the successful initiatives, based on each markets customer segmentation, product and channel mix. Identify gaps in technology and capability. Collaborated with IT function to define ways to address them. Create phasing approach of what services to offer by release to enable business units to build and scale direct to customer. Define the operating model for successfully run a robust Direct to Client business. Leverage subject matter experts, Local Business Unit and the resident Partnerships teams to assemble the right service delivery partners, conclude commercial negotiations and work with the tech build teams to deliver with the best consumer experience possible.
To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 12 years’ relevant work experience, of which 8 years hands-on digital service and scalable platform development experience. Experience in B2C digital services, financial services, performance marketing and platform development. Hands-on experience with leading content management and service platforms. Experience in consumer and health-related services development will be an advantage. Demonstrated development and execution of strategies and digital program. Experience in the development of digital strategies and service development in financial service, health industry. Experience managing and negotiating with outside agencies and third-party vendors. Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and 'all things digital', including a rich understanding of evolving customer needs.
