job scope.
As the D/ED, Institutional Sales, Alternative Investment in a prosperous investment firm, your key responsibility will be:
  • Establish relationships with regional securities firms, FoFs, private banks, regional asset management & securities firms and institutional investors across APAC
  • Decelop new networks, acquire and manage institutional relationships across APAC
  • Develop sales strategy for the Greater China Region, Taiwan, Korea, Japan & other APAC region and penetrate different market segments with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Create a sales pipeline, build sales projections, and achieve fund raising targets across a range of alternative investment products.
  • Work closely with the team and external stakeholders to meet client requirements and leverage the ecosystem provided by the company.
  • Collaborate with investor relations on campaigns, events and other promotion activities targeted toward product launches and brand building.

requirements.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Institutional/Intermediary Sales, focussed in APAC market.
  • Good understanding of global financial markets, hedge funds, private equity, and ability to simplify complex investment ideas to the investors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding them.
  • Proactive approach and team player
