Customer Services Officer 財富管理

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Wealth Management RM in handling customer's service
  • Handle clients' AC opening & service confirmation order, etc 
  • Provide telephone enquiries to Taiwanese clients

 
Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience, with Taiwan experience is an advantage.
  • Qualified RI for Type 1 under SFC/HKMA is a must
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
