Customer Services Manager (Global Corporate Banking)
Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with relationship manager for preparing credit proposals / documents, statistics and periodic reports
  • To liaise closely with related internal parties
  • To handle enquiry relating to banking facilities and services for corporate clients and prospective customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in Banking / Financial sectors
  • Be able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Customer Services Manager
