We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Service Supervisor .

Principal responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in relation to pension fund members, employers and fund managers in an effective and timely manner
  • Supervise, monitor and review quality and progress of daily calls
  • Conduct coaching sessions on a regular basis
  • Support managers on team strategy and customer service excellence program
  • Responsible for various system enhancements and User Acceptance Tests


Qualifications

Requirements

  • Call centre experience, preferably with previous working experience in banking group
  • Experience and knowledge in pension funds such as MPF and ORSO, especially in the relevant administrative procedures
  • Strong & practical skills in handling complaints and excellent mitigation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with client-oriented mindset
  • A strong team player with flexibility in job rotations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent command in Cantonese and English, good Mandarin would be an advantage
