We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Service Officer.

Principal responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent banking services, integrating our capabilities into customer's strategic business processes
  • Apply industry and credit expertise to manage a portfolio of commercial relationships in various industry sectors
  • Provide one stop financial solutions to proactively identify products and services that are most suitable to customers
  • Work to delivering best in class customer servicing, while maintaining operational excellence and credit quality of the portfolio
  • Build new and strong working relationships with investment customers



Qualifications

Requirements

  • University degree along with previous banking management training from an international banking organization
  • Extensive corporate and commercial banking experience, with a license under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
  • Experience in Wealth Management, especially in Investment, Insurance and liability.
  • Experience in identifying and fulfilling customer needs and general management from within a variety of industries, including manufacturing and service based businesses
  • Proactive, customer driven approach, with a strong customer relationship building, identifying customer needs orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua
