Our client is a leading global retail bank looking to expand their foot print in Hong Kong and now seeks to hire customer service officers / tellers to staff new and existing branches. You will be offered good career and growth opportunities within a growing business.

Responsible:

  • Provide professional customer service to walk-in clients in branch
  • Handle general account withdrawals, transfers, and handle customer enquiries on banking product
  • Provide quality customer services
  • Able to Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank and insurance products
  • Adhere anti-money laundering and customer due diligence policies
  • Acquire banking knowledge to handle client's enquiries and provide professional advises

Requirements:

  • Diploma and / or University graduates
  • Ideally 2 to 4 years of front line experience from the banking industry
  • Willingness to learn
  • Customer oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
