Customer Service Manager / Officer, Corporate Banking

Handle client inquiries in a regional corporate bank in Hong Kong.

Your new company
Due to expansion, our client is a regional corporate bank in Hong Kong that is currently seeking for Customer Service Managers / Officers. You will get the opportunity to work in an well established team and be equipped with market leading training and support.

Your new role

  • Be the dedicate client contact point for inquiries related to cash management and trade finance
  • Manage a portfolio of clients including MNCs, China Corporates, Local Corporates, FI and NBFI clients
  • Manage after sales services and ensure client needs are fulfilled by offering tailor made client solutions
  • Conduct service reviews on new and existing clients to identify improvements in service levels and develop strategies for further business opportunities
  • Collaborate with frontline and products teams to ensure the smooth delivery of transactions

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing for corporate / commercial banking clients
  • Experience in cash management, remittance, ebanking or trade finance will be an advantage
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Depending on experience you will be assigned to officer or manager grading
