Customer Service Manager (SMC)
Duties:
- Handle customer phone inquiries
- Conduct trouble shooting and handle job orders when service inspections are required
- Maintain customer records through information received from incoming calls
- Perform UAT and other adhoc tasks
Requirement:
- Immediately Available
- Have Customer Service - Call Center experience
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin,
- Good attitude and keen to learn new technology
- Having IIQE & HKSI will be advantage
