As the Business Analyst at Schroders, you will be part of Distribution Change where you will work within the CRM CoE (Centre of Excellence) team, undertaking analysis and providing implementation support for business and technical change within the global Distribution division. This is a business facing CRM Business Analyst role for the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the CRM Effectiveness project team ensure effective delivery of the CRM project & related activities covering:

  • Data Access of Information
  • Business Readiness
  • Data Enhancement & Migration
  • Impact assessment of changes
  • Client and Product Mappings
  • Enhance user stories and provide clarity
  • Pre UAT/Go-Live Training

Design and management of the implementation of process and organizational changes

Supporting the CRM PM and Business Lead in management of the stakeholder communities and stakeholders, in building confidence and re-energising the user communities

Working with CRM IT workstream to write business specifications for the processes that are in scope for the project

Developing effective relationships with business stakeholders and project members

At least 10 - 20% travel is expected
 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within a financial services industry preferably in a fund management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills and experienced in handling senior stakeholder communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Positive mind-set and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a cross-cultural, multi-discipline environment and in a matrix organization
  • Experience working with CRM or knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Open to a 1 year contract
