Compliance Contractor

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the team in handling core compliance, regulatory, legal, monitoring and surveillance related matters, especially on Wealth Management business
• Assist and support the team in handling Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML) tasks such as name screening, customer due diligence (KYC) and transaction monitoring
• Assist in providing Compliance related training to business groups
• Perform the tasks/projects assigned by the Compliance team members
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance team members.

Job Requirements (Education and Experience):

• Degree holder 
• Interest in investment banking and wealth management, and/or compliance related
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation etc.) with the ability to adjust the communication style according to the audience (preferred good command in English and Mandarin)
• Proficient in the use of MS office suite
• Ability to maintain high standards at all times and complete work within deadlines
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• Ability to work independently as well as assist and support the team
