Compliance Analyst
A reputable international asset management platform is looking to hire a senior compliance officer to support their APAC regions
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide distribution compliance advice in regards to their sales and marketing activities
- Review marketing materials used in the APAC ex-Japan region
- Work closely with the global marketing compliance team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Support front line colleagues on enhancing their supervisory processes and internal controls as well as its implementation
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of compliance experience working in international asset management firms
- Strong investment products knowledge
- Hands-on experience in distribution compliance for Institutional and/or Retail clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good business acumen
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese
