About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking to hire an experienced Compensation/Payroll Analyst to join their Finance division.

Job Description

• Process and maintain employee compensation and payroll information.
• Prepare compensation accounting reports and support regulatory reporting.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and account balance reviews.
• Ensure payroll and compensation data is accurate and complies with internal controls.
• Liaise with payroll vendors and internal teams on payroll and accounting matters.
• Support new payroll, tax, and benefits initiatives across the region.
• Work closely with regional and global Compensation Accounting teams.
• Maintain process documentation and assist with ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Participate in regional and global projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, tax, audit, or compensation accounting.
• Experience with general ledger postings and account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of individual tax and employee benefits is an advantage.
• Good Excel skills.
• Mandarin language skills are preferred.
