Our client is a leading investment technology vendor. Due to their expansion, they are now looking for a Client Success Director to join their team.

Our client is a leading investment technology vendor. Due to their expansion, they are now looking for a Client Success Director to join their team.

Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for building good and lasting client relationships, maximizing their satisfaction and minimizing turnover. You will involve in developing product and service roadmaps, analyzing KPIs and developing action plans, updating client about company’s product offerings and leading training sessions internally. You will also be the industry expert on behalf of the company at external events.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • At least 8-12 years of client relationship management, with proven track record of retaining clients and maximize their satisfaction as well as product usage
  • Solid client facing experience and capable of managing client expectations
  • Work closely with various stakeholders including business development team and CSM team to identify opportunity and ensure clients’ needs are properly addressed
  • Resolve client concerns and risk, provide client health checks, assessment and executive perceptions on regular basis
  • Strong leadership skill, create training content and coach the team
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills  
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
