Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the scope of services offered to clients and reviews with the team demonstrating technical expertise
  • Ensure team meets all client deliverables and manages relationships of assigned clients
  • Ensure all controls/checklists and procedures are adhered to as well as make recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee the effective coordination of activities between multiple departments within State Street
  • Attend all relevant training classes & proactively seek out additional trainings to further career development
  • Subject matter expert for corporate committees and initiatives
  • Ability to multitask ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlines
  • Responsible for reviewing staff level work ensuring that all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed upon time frame
  • Carry out responsibility fairly and impartially create and maintain an engaged work environment and ensure appropriate communications are in place
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff and responsible for completing and delivering performance reviews on time
  • Make effective recommendations to hire discipline control work determine promotions salary increases bonuses and terminate employment

Qualifications:

  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting /Finance
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Adobe Word PowerPoint Outlook ( mail merging and creating Word templates)

  • Require at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
