THE COMPANY

Our client is an international wealth management firm with global influence focusing on a full range of financial services provision. To meet with the expanding business demand and client needs, they are currently looking for an experienced individual to be their Client Services Executive.

THE ROLE

Based in Hong Kong, the Client Services Executive would be:

  • Directly reporting to Team Leader/Office Manage
  • Carry out applications for new business opportunities based on our Service Level Agreements (SLA's) in an efficient and accurate manner; the comprehensive processing of new business applications include keeping track with the database and the latest update of system regarding any new business opportunities being explored
  • Execute various projects ranging from statements preparation for clients through email or mail on a monthly basis to other relevant tasks as assigned
  • Responsible for any ad hoc work delegated by Supervisors, such as enhancement of regulatory work
  • Actively involved in team meeting every month; participate in management meetings on a biweekly basis during morning sessions in order to provide the latest updates, information and reminders for business partners
  • Handle enquiries and complaints by closely collaborating with different stakeholders including third parties, SJP staff based in the headquarters
  • Engage in the role of Report Management, for example, follow-up of regular reporting to be conducted in a timely and appropriate approach

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid finance-related background or experience would be an asset; SFC experience would be advantageous
  • Being able to work independently and as a good team player who is capable of carrying out different tasks under pressure
  • Detail-minded person who is strong in processing a wide variety of works with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong skills in communication to act as the bridge among business partners, colleagues and stakeholders in the headquarter
  • With excellent time management skills to arrange and execute newly developed business opportunities in compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and other work in within tight deadlines
