Chief Project Manager Responsibilities

• Provide development blueprint / modifying suggestion to management on overall electronization plan in Corporate Banking business(CBS)
• Act as a Project Manager to monitor and manage the CBS related electronization development or projects according to their urgency and importance to ensure delivery on time
• Coordinate and organize the UAT of CBS projects
• Assist product managers or user units to organize training session before the launch of relevant projects
• Assist product managers or user units within CBS to formulate or execute crisis management plans for relevant system and electronization project
• Act as the bridge of communication between Product Managers / User Units and IT, provide analysis and translate relevant technology into day-to-day business usage

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in eCommerce, Financial Technology, Information Technology or related discipline
• 10 years or above relevant experience, at least 6 years in managerial position
• Possess rich knowledge in banking business and understand the products and business operation of Corporate Banking Sector
• Possess experience of working with third-party consulting company
• Strong team-management ability and rich experience in project management
• Equipped with creative mindset
• Sound knowledge in computer, intranet operation and office software applications
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
