Job Description
- Processing and managing import trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, bills collection, and trade loans.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout all trade finance operations.
- Conducting document checks to verify accuracy and adherence to trade finance standards.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
- Monitoring trade finance limits and ensuring timely updates to relevant systems.
- Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions to trade finance-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management review.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within trade finance operations.
- Proven knowledge of trade finance products, including letters of credit and bills collection.
- Familiarity with local and international trade finance regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct document checks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
