Description

Channel Management
  • Lead the team to grow the credit card customer base through various channels;
  • Monitor and track channel productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and track budget across channels and programs


Acquisition Strategy
  • Structure acquisition strategy to recruit profitable customers across various acquisition channel
  • Manage and drive regional projects to enhance customer onboarding journey and processes
  • Monitor, track, and report key performance and productivity of programs
  • Work closely with Management, regional team and cross-functional teams including Sales Channels, Decision Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Operation, Customer Service, Marketing Communication & etc.;


System, Processes, and Controls:
  • Liaise closely with local and regional technology team on system enhancement and prepare business requirement to ensure smooth execution at all sales platforms;
  • Review sales processes and ensure proper operation control.


Qualifications

  • University graduate, preferably with business administration / system related disciplines/experience;
  • Minimum 5 years solid marketing experience in banking industry preferably in cards business;
  • Good leadership skills and willing to take up challenges;
  • Proactive and adapt to dynamic environment;
  • Excellent analytical skills with customer centricity mindset;
  • Strong in leading seamless & end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to prioritize projects with team resources;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good communication & presentation skills;
  • Familiarity with system design.
