My Client, a leading private bank from the US, is looking for a new KYC member to join their KYC process team.

Your new role

• 
  Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for corporate, institutional, financial institution, and high-net-worth clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• 
  Conduct comprehensive KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, including verification of corporate structures, beneficial ownership, source of wealth/source of funds, and business activities.
  
• 
  Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on higher-risk clients, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and clients from high-risk jurisdictions, escalating potential concerns where appropriate.
  
• 
  Review and assess onboarding documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to AML, sanctions, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.
  
• 
  Liaise closely with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external stakeholders to resolve documentation deficiencies and facilitate timely account opening.
  
• 
  Prepare and submit detailed KYC assessment reports, risk evaluation summaries, and client profiles for approval by Compliance and relevant stakeholders.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  3-4 Years of experience handling the full KYC onboarding process for corporate, institutional, financial institution, or high-net-worth clients.
  
• 
  Familiar with CDD, EDD, beneficial ownership checks, Source of Wealth (SOW), Source of Funds (SOF), PEP, and sanctions screening.
  
• 
  Good understanding of AML regulations, FATCA, CRS, and identifying and escalating high-risk clients.
