Primary Objectives


The Governance, Controls and Regulatory Data team is part of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Function within COO. CLM is responsible for the SGCIB's Onboarding, KYC and Client Referential processes. Its mission is to make onboarding quicker, simpler and more digital whilst ensuring the bank is fully compliant with its regulatory obligations on a worldwide basis thereby providing the institution with adequate and complete client information.

The CLM Governance & Control Analyst is based in Hong Kong.

Mission

  • Design reporting metrics for presentation to various level of the management committee through data analysis of KYC production team statistics
  • Develop macros or other forms of automation in support of the Governance, Controls & Regulatory Data team in the implementation and monitoring of production team's KPIs / KRIs
  • Organise and prepare team documents (such as audit reports, SLAs, training records and materials, FAQ logs and project artefacts)


Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance controls on the KYC production files in accordance with the AML / KYC and non-AML / KYC regulatory framework
  • Contribute to CLM Transformation workstreams

Technical Skills


Required / Must have

  • 1 to 3 years of working in an investment bank or international multi-cultural organization
  • Adept Microsoft Excel / Access skills including but not limited to
  • Designing and developing of Macros to read, analyse, extract and transform data
  • Using formulas for data manipulation and presentation
  • Able to design effective Microsoft PowerPoint presentation decks to communicate KPIs / KRIs to stakeholders
  • Experience in using and designing forms in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Confident in presenting and communicating to people at all levels and from different teams
