Core Functions of Finance & Business Management:

• Business Management- Help drive key initiatives that optimize business performance. You'll be responsible for identifying, escalating and mitigating business risks - this team also acts as a trusted advisor to business and group heads.
• Financial Analysis - Create meaningful analysis, reports, presentations and strategy documents in support of our clients and our business. You'll be responsible for internal and external data gathering as well as analysis, reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting.
• Program Management - Drive regional projects and initiatives including Global regulatory compliance initiatives / Analysis of Global events and impact on JPM's APAC's business and processes. / Support selective critical business developments.

We would like to recruit top green caliber(s) with 1-2 years of working experience in accounting firms who would like to pursue a long term career in the banking industry. Successful candidate(s) will receive in-house training during the first12-18 months to gain a thorough understanding of how F&BM operates. Candidates may shift across functions and have the flexibility to work with different managers (i.e. rotations) according to the project/ staffing needs.

During the rotations, you will work in partnership with senior managers/ team leads, analyzing results and offering insights across performance, strategy, control issues and operating models. You will receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on experience as an important member in F&BM.

We offer dedicated CPA certification support and licensure-qualifying placement. Your onshore manager will work with you to identify your next Finance role on completion of the rotation, as you build your career at JPMorgan.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Professional Accounting firms
• Fluency in English is essential, Mandarin and written Chinese will be valuable
