-Provide business support and analytics for Investment Advisory team
-Perform Responsible Person role for IA team, who require to work with UORM team for regular reporting.
- Assist Team Head on business development strategy

Key Roles and Responsibilities

* Perform "Responsible Person' RP roles on compliance related checking &reporting
* Provide supports to all IAs within Advisory team
* Develop and maintain business analytic reports
* Help preparing business planning and analysis materials
* Keep tracking on IA activities
* Liaise with other team to meet with business requirement
* Raise and follow up on RMS for business requirement
* Responsible for housekeeping on server related to Investment Advisory team
* Provide back up to Investment Strategist Team

Qualifications and Skills

  • University Graduate Prefer
  • Solid skill in data mining
  • Solid knowledge in excel and powerpoint
  • Knowledge of business analytic
  • Knowledge of investment product will be an advantage
  • High performer with an attention to detail
  • An effective team player, with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Driven and ambitious; inclusive and co-operative in style
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships
  • Well-organized, hands-on and disciplined approach to work.
