Within Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Broking Services provides full investment services in stocks, bonds, currencies, precious metals, commodities and derivatives to retail, corporate customers and financial intermediaries. As a leading full service broker dealer in Hong Kong, our investment services include advisory, execution, risk and portfolio management, custodianship, and margin financing.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Strategy and Analytics Manager .

Principal responsibilities
  • Prepare the business and customer analytics for the company
  • Provide insights from analytics to support the development of business strategies and planning
  • Support the development of annual operating plan and monitor against the actual performance
  • Analyzes frontline activities and incentive
  • Assist in the implementation of projects by collaboration with internal and external counterparts

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Relevant working experience in the financial sectors with exposure to business and customer analytics, business strategy and planning
  • Knowledge of investment products and broking business
  • Proficient in common analytics and project management tools e.g. MS Excel including macro, MS PowerPoint
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver with quality under pressing timeline or challenging situation
