Business Strategy Manager / Senior Business Strategy Manager (Development)
Responsibilities: - Assist senior executives in formulating and implementing E-Finance strategies to derive highest value from target customers by understanding their financial needs, aiming to achieve the business targets, improve customer experience and attain significant market presence
- Analyze target customers' e-lifestyle, banking behavior & needs by referencing market research and customer profile to derive holistic O2O customer journey
- Propose scenario-based E-Finance propositions and products which can fulfill target customer needs so as to acquire new customers, enhance usage, up/cross-selling and loyalty
- Drive the transformation of existing or creation of new service & sales process leveraging on digital channels to uplift the customer experience in the digital era, by leading the design, enhancement and implementation of E-Finance initiatives for achieving the designated business objectives
- Collaborate with channel, product and segment managers to review and integrate individual product service & sales process from customer perspective, thus uplift sales effectiveness and transaction efficiency in digital channels
- Lead the team to plan, drive and monitor E-Finance marketing strategies by working with counterparts to carry out PR activities and promotional campaigns to establish the Bank's innovative image and leading position in E-Finance aspect
- Assist in the smooth operation of E-Finance Centre as the major setup to deliver and achieve the Bank's E-Finance strategies
Requirements: - Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' solid working experience in product / customer management and digital channel development in banking or FinTech industry, 3 years of which at managerial level
- Familiar with financial products and operations / service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for success
- Proven track record and sound knowledge in business development, customer experience and digital channel management
- Be innovative with good organizing & problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
