Business Operations & Administration Officer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare MIS report / tracking log to sales team to manage sales performance, productivity and portfolio growth 
  • Answer general enquiry from internal departments and client 
  • Handle administrative tasks to maintain daily operation run smoothly and effectively 
  • Act as a key coordinator to work with ITD, administration and other supporting teams 

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above (Full Cert in HKCEE)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good PC skills is using MS Excel , PowerPoint 
  • Preferably with bank operation and admin working experience
  • Proactive, eager to learn and able to work under pressure  
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
