One of the four financial asset management companies established by the Ministry of Finance of PRC/ At least 3 years’ experience in investment bank financing, bond investment (credit risk), margin financing and guarantee is preferred/ Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  •         Review the asset businesses of front-line departments, identify positive factors and negative factors / risks, analyze the operations and financial position of target companies, conduct risk review, and aim to prevent risks before they occur;
  •         Use front-line deal information, on-site investigation, and publicly available information to conduct independent and comprehensive research for pre-investment review and post-investment tracking;
  •         Responsible for reviewing the commercial preconditions before funding deals reviewed and approved by the company, and to propose solutions for deals which do not meet or require renegotiation of such preconditions;
  •         Draft investment proposals, loan proposals and post-investment monitoring report for internal review and approval

 

Job Requirements:

  •         Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and other related discipline;
  •         At least 2 years’ experience in investment management;
  •         Has experience in IBD/Big 4/Credit risk business is preferred;
  •         Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
  •         Diligent and committed;
  •         Strong communication & internal personal skills;
  •         Conversant in Word and Excel, including typing Chinese;
  •         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
