Support relationship managers - to service clients and prospecting within the roles and responsibilities of WMD’s Development Office. Event coordination and organization – facilitate clients, WMD relationship managers and management team to participate into various Nomura flagship conferences and events; the candidate is expected to involved in organizing WMD-specific events and client-driven activities. Job description   

Responsibilities:
•Support relationship managers - to service clients and prospecting within the roles and responsibilities of WMD’s Development Office
•Event coordination and organization – facilitate clients, WMD relationship managers and management team to participate into various Nomura flagship conferences and events; the candidate is expected to involved in organizing WMD-specific events and client-driven activities
•Client referral programs – WMD engages with Nomura Japan, affiliates and other third parties, the candidate will assist relationship managers and clients for these referral activities

Key Experience & Skills   

Requirements:
•Degree in Business or Finance
•Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in private banking in an investment/global bank.
•Good working knowledge of banking products and services
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines
•The ability to perform effectively in a team environment
•Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new situations
•Strong Mandarin skill is preferred
