Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base, increase AUM and drive company revenue growth.
2. Liaise with investment banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable business terms and explore competitive financial products in the market for high-net-worth clients.
3. Ensure business operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal risk control policies.

Requirements:

1. Registered as an SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 Representative. Registered Responsible Officer (RO) are highly preferred.
2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in private banking or securities firms, including at least 3-5 years in a sales management role.
3. Familiar with various investment products, especially stocks, US stocks, derivatives products and bonds.
4. Exceptional internal and external communication and business negotiation skills and ability to multitask effectively.
5. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
