A market-leading European buy-to-let property investment and portfolio management company looking to expand their business development team in Hong Kong. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Description:

  • markets company's products and services to local Hong Kong investors by researching the investors market, drawing up business and marketing plans, organising and attending marketing events and campaigns 
  • builds and grows a client portfolio which are interested in buy-to-let investment opportunities in Europe
  • provides accurate and up-to-date information of the company's investment offerings to clients
  • handles clients’ inquiries and strives to provide high-standard after sales services
  • follows up on sales leads diligently
  • maintains and updates the company's client database
  • collaborates with the business development team to ensure orchestrated effort to develop a strong client base and continued success of the business

 
You should:

  • have about 5 to 10 years of business development or sales experience ideally in the investment and/or property industry
  • have excellent organisation, communication, presentation and people skills
  • be self motivated, diligent, proactive with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • be able to adapt to changing environment and be creative in marketing strategy
