Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies and promotion campaigns to acquire new business banking customers and boost existing business banking customers activeness
- Liaise and negotiate with partners to formulate sales / referral process for various business banking products
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business development and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new product propositions that address customer needs and drive business growth
- Create and manage business and strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to optimize performance and drive improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support business growth and customer acquisition
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically within the business banking or financial services industry
- Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence key stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and create actionable plans
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
