About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in handling Insurance Operations projects-with a special focus on claims processes and systems-executing UAT, and liaising with various stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle of insurance operations initiatives, including claims management and processing enhancements.
• Document business requirements and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide insights and actionable enhancements to upgrade current operational and claims workflows.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the effective implementation and management of new processes.
• Support projects aimed at automating daily operations and driving digital adoption across the business.
• Assist with various ad-hoc business analysis and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience within the insurance or broader financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of general insurance operations; specific knowledge or experience in insurance claims (processes, workflows, or systems) is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
