Seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join a fast paced Channel Management team for a Virtual Bank.

The right Candidate:

  • Enjoys working alongside a squad and chapter members with a 'co-founder' mentality
  • Understands that failing fast applies to all aspects of day-to-day activities
  • Does not seek permission to do something right for the customer
  • Has shown to be resourceful around the following areas: Tactical/Operational/Strategic business analysis, technical architecture, CX, data analytics, and strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Working on short, medium, and long term objectives for the product squad by analysing the desirability, feasibility, and viability of your MVP
  • Create, and make incremental improvements on underlying processes based on clear customer-driven metrics (OKRs)
  • Work alongside engineering talents and help them to empathise with the jobs-to-be-done for your target segment(s)
  • Define and influence underlying drivers of performance
  • Work with product managers and engineering leads to help shape, prioritise, define the backlog to deliver a killer MVP


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of data analysis in an analytical, strategic, or commercial role
  • Can comfortably talk tech with backend/frontend/full-stack engineers
  • Experienced in BPMN, entity diagrams, sequence diagrams or equivalent modelling techniques
  • Have a good understanding of the jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) and OKR frameworks
  • Experienced in Design Thinking as a way of co-designing and testing product features
  • Experienced with dealing and influence stakeholders from all levels
  • Possess great commercial acumen and able to articulate opportunity vs. threats, cost vs. benefits, effort vs. customer outcome
  • Read P&L and have a good understanding of cost and revenue
  • Know about Y Combinators, Product School, Recode/Decode or equivalent podcasts
  • Has great story-telling and influencing skills
