Business Analyst (Life Insurance Domain)
Responsibilities : - Collaborate with Business Users and Technical development team to define and clarify the requirements and use cases
- The projects are mainly related to individual insurance business (IFP) that required both front end (sales tools, website) and back end (core admin systems) knowledge. It is preferable that resources will have business knowledge related to financial industry, in particular, insurance business
- Collaborate with development and test teams in the project
- Apart from BA capability, it is preferable that the BAs facilitate a squad teams and play certain role in supporting the scrum master role in project delivery
Requirements : - 6-8 years' experience in Business Analyst Role; Ability to analyze problems logically, articulate the problems clearly and communicate it to Technical team
- Experience in Agile project delivery and exposure tools like JIRA and CONFULENCE
- Language capabilities: Excellent Oral and written English, Cantonese and Some Mandarin
- Experiences with insurance domain in Life Insurance (Claims, Products, POS applications)
- Prior experience on software development is a plus
