Job Summary:

As part of our global “Digital First” strategy, a series of global initiatives has been approved which aims to deliver a world-class client servicing and product reporting platform across all regions.  As the Business Analyst at Schroders, you will support the project managers in the design and implementation of related digital transformation projects in Asia. This includes undertaking detailed analysis on business requirements, process and system gaps, data structure, and market best-practices to improve our client reporting and engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in analysing business requirements, existing workflows and data sources to identify improvement areas / functional gaps against our desired servicing model
  • Design process changes and digital platform enhancements that address business requirements and functional gaps
  • Work closely with technology teams and external vendors on technical design and implementation
  • Coordinate acceptance tests and rollout with business and operational users
  • Support project managers on other group-wide projects


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following requisites:

  • Degree graduate with at least  2 years of business analyst experience in financial services
  • Prior or existing experience in digital initiatives is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally at all levels within the organisation including senior stakeholders and offshore / matrix teams
  • Prior knowledge in asset management preferred
  • Open to consider a 1 year contract
