Your new role
Key Responsibilities

• Document and analyse end-to-end finance processes, including GL, month-end close, intercompany processes, and cost allocations.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Tax, HR, Technology, Procurement, and other business stakeholders as required.
• Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Develop practical recommendations and future-state process designs.
• Produce high-quality process maps, business requirements, gap analyses, operating procedures, and Finance Standards.
• Support testing, implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate across functions to drive consensus and successful project delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience within an insurance company preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of:

• General Ledger and financial close processes
• Intercompany accounting and recharge mechanisms
• Cost allocation methodologies
• Finance controls and governance

• Proven ability to document complex processes and recommend operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and skills.
• Experience working across multiple functions and geographies in a project environment.
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
