We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Work closely with business on new requests understand business objectives, opportunities and problems
  • Perform feasibility study and risk analysis to access the capability in delivering effective IT solutions.
  • Provide clear choices and IT estimates, and support the creation of business case and cost and benefit analysis.
  • For external solutions, supports the vendor evaluation, selection process and manage requirement definitions in RFI, RFQ or RFP

Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​ Must have good understanding on the business strategy of responsible functional areas locally and globally, any associated changes, and the underlying drivers of the strategic objectives.
  • Must possess broad and deep knowledge on systems supporting the functional domain as well as business operation procedures and keep these up to date. It is a challenge due to the rapid changes in the business environment and technology.
  • Business, geographical and regulatory considerations in different locations also add to the complexity
  • Solid experience of working in IT or business area
  • Strong technical and business knowledge of IT systems supporting Customer Group business
  • Good understanding in Customer Group business strategy, process and internal procedures
  • Preferably working experience in the related business departments
  • Good command of written , verbal, and interpersonal communication aptitude
