Job Description
The position is located in Hong Kong the and is a regional role currently serving clients from Australia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

1. Manage a portfolio of clients with the primary objective to maintain accounts, relationships and retain revenues.

2. Deliver new sales wins and revenue growth

  • Business development of Multinational corporates and prospects doing business in Asia Pacific and internationally
  • Business support on all cross-sell opportunities to up-tier revenue of these groups of clients. Certain level of direct client interaction is expected.
  • Minimize revenue leakages and retain revenue through active client calling and relationship management
3. Ensure risk mitigation and manage day-to-day operational issues through
  • Management and control the KYC process, including approvals for all newly-onboarded and refreshed KYCs in a timely fashion;
  • Assistance in the resolution of relationship/time-sensitive client servicing issues within the organization and act as the first escalation point when such situations arise;
  • Oversight, management and timely completion of all projects, including but not limited to SIAI, repricing, migration projects, etc.
4. Work with the product partners and Fulfilment-Services-Ops teams in the region as well as US/EMEA (where required) to ensure seamless collaboration in all aspects - whether relating to day-to-day escalation issues or deployment of projects

5. Work with manager to prepare and review business reports periodically

4. Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions and basic trade products/functions
5. Strong team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to expedite client issues resolutions
6. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
