Training & Development, Performance Management

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the ongoing performance management process to provide accurate analysis reports in timely basis
  • Participate in development and implementation of performance management system
  • Design and deliver training programs to support business development needs including but not limited to managing training schedule, coordinating training venue, arrange payment for training expenses, etc
  • Select and collaborate with external training vendors on training and development initiatives
  • Develop and review HR policies and process to ensure effectiveness of the business
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably from financial institutions
  • Demonstrate experience in performance management and training delivery
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels and external vendors
  • Proficient in both written and speaking in Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
