The Role Responsibilities
The key responsibility of this role is to support the product development and management of Wealth Lending products to retail clients.
Details as follows:
  • To develop or enhance Wealth Financing product features, offerings and servicing channels with a view to provide the best-in-class wealth solutions for our clients
  • To implement product strategies to meet the key performance indicators in revenue, cost, asset under management, customer's number, product penetration, etc.
  • To work with technology team to launch projects in enhancing system platforms supporting product sales and services
  • To collaborate with different stakeholders to drive marketing and sales campaigns
  • To perform product governance role and implement initiatives to meet the internal and external policies and process requirements
  • To develop sales and operational process to cope with the regulatory and internal requirements and ensure satisfactory audit rating for the team
  • To monitor and analyze business KPIs and take necessary actions as to attain business goals
  • To ensure all products offered are governed by valid CAs and follow GWM standards

Our Ideal Candidate
  • University graduate with experience and knowledge in Financial Markets
  • Solid experience in product management role
  • Preferably with project management experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently or as a team
  • Good Excel & VBA (Macro) skills will be an advantage
