To handle telephone and email enquiries and to retain customer relationship.

Job Description:

  • Handle telephone and email enquiries regarding corporate banking business
  • Retain and enhance customer relationship
  • Conduct follow up calls to customers to ensure high quality customer service
  • Support administrative work on a need basis
  • Prepare statistics reports
  • Participate in user acceptance tests for new system or function


  • F7 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience, prefer in call center or customer service
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered if candidates have good attitude
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
