Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Serve as the primary liaison for institutional clients, addressing daily operational inquiries and transaction requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Transaction & Account Management: Facilitate day-to-day banking activities, including cash management, lending processing, foreign exchange operations, and account profile maintenance.
Compliance & Due Diligence: Execute end-to-end KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures, including trigger-event assessments, account lifecycle management, sanctions screening, and alert clearance in alignment with regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance/AML divisions to ensure seamless, timely execution of client requests.
Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive client and internal data while upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and professional conduct.
Team Development: Help mentor, onboard, and train junior team members as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 2+ years of relevant background in corporate banking support, client services, or RM support within the banking sector.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial banking solutions, transaction processing, and operational risk controls.
Regulatory Expertise: Hands-on exposure to onboarding documentation, KYC/CDD protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Core Competencies: Strong multi-tasking abilities, sharp analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and sound problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing key client relationships.
Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
