Associate - Human Resources (People Analytics)
Job Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing HR Management Information, developing effective data visualization (e.g., dashboard and reporting) with actionable insights
- Provide ongoing support in managing HR data from multiple sources into an analyzable data structure (e.g., data extraction, data cleansing)
- Responsible for supporting the annual performance and compensation review process (e.g., developing VBA to automate the process)
- Participate in HRIS maintenance and implementation (e.g., requirement study, system configuration, UAT)
- Review and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of people process (e.g., streamlining workflow, automation, digitalization)
- Assist in handling the operation in HR risk management and audit
- Support and participate in projects and ad hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements: - 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level in using MS Excel (including Power Query) and knowledge in programming skills (e.g., VBA, M code, DAX)
- Hands on experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) would be an advantage
- Adequate understanding and knowledge in cloud based HRIS
- A proactive and collaborative attitude along with a high sense of accountability is essential to succeed in this role
- An ability to multi-task with attention to detail and work independently in a fast paced environments
