Assist the Department Head in overseeing the daily operation of the department as well as planning, directing, coordinating and marketing the bank’s entire product line to China, local and international large companies, such as China and Hong Kong large corporates, SOEs, Blue Chips and etc.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Department Head in overseeing the daily operation of the department as well as planning, directing, coordinating and marketing the bank’s entire product line to China, local and international large companies, such as China and Hong Kong large corporates, SOEs, Blue Chips and etc.
  • Assist in department management and manage different business Sections to contribute to the sustained, profitable growth of ICBC (Asia)
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans in increasing deposits, meeting loan targets and promoting transactional banking excellence as well as building and strengthening corporate relations
  • Oversee the development and subsequent implementation of annual plan of Corporate Banking to meet pre-set targets, business growth and expansion
  • Contribute to the development and performance of the Department and staff by coaching, counseling, motivating, identifying and addressing training needs within the Department and by ensuring the effective use of the appraisal system to ensure the Department’s targets are achieved

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 10 years solid experience in Corporate Banking field, 6 years' supervisory experience
  • Sound understanding of corporate banking products and services with ability to package various banking solutions to large corporate client
  • Excellent credit analysis and marketing skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Excel, Word, Chinese word typing
  • Sound business sense with proven track record
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (includes Putonghua)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Section Heads
