•Supervise the teams to deliver quality service to retail banking customers under tight deadline and meet the agreed service level agreement with satisfactory result
•Review and sign off facility letter and loan / security documentation and redemption letter within the agreed service pledge
•Authorize line dispatch by signing off documentation checklist upon perfection of loan documents / approval on document deficiencies
•Approve loan drawdown upon fulfilment of condition precedents / compliance on transactional documents
•Monitor the status of outstanding documents for those facilities with line dispatched
•Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements, credit policy, guidelines and procedures on issuance and vetting of standard loan documentation
•Ensure the validity and enforceability of collaterals in order to minimize any documentation risk in taking as securities
•Provide guidance to subordinates and handle assigned ad-hoc projects
•Degree holder or equivalent
•Minimum 8 years of loan documentation experience in retail banks
•Good knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation
•Good knowledge and concept in corporate / retail banking products
•Good interpersonal and people management skills
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
