Job Summary:

Job Duties:

• Lead the implementation and support on the ongoing Workday and Analytics Technology and People Analytics domain.
• Collaborate with our HR stakeholders to design and optimize data-driven, dashboard and other management processes, including performance, succession, career development, and learning journeys.
• Drive the development of people analytics capabilities, including dashboards and predictive insights,
• Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT and Data Office, to ensure HR solutions meet evolving organizational needs.
• Ensure process and data integrity, security, control and compliance across all HR systems and analytics platforms.
