Responsibilities

  • Formulate full year business plan for the delivery of Equity-Linked Structured Products revenue. In this instance, Equity-Linked Structured Products refer to Equity-Linked Investments and Equity-Linked Notes for clients in the Treasures segment
  • Provide product ideas, pricing and execution service for equity-linked structured products.
  • Obtain numbers and MIS from Business Analytics to better understand business drivers and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop related marketing and promotion programmes to spur sales activities.
  • Participate in other business related projects/activities where necessary

Requirements

  • Good organization and project management skills
  • Creative and independent
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of investment markets and products
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in banking, preferably related to equity structured products
