Assistant Product Manager - Deposit

We are partnering with a well-established local bank to hire an Assistant Manager, Deposit Products. This role oversees the end-to-end management of deposit products across both retail and corporate banking segments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a product management team responsible for deposit products across both retail and corporate banking segments, overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategic development through implementation and ongoing management.
Drive product profitability by enhancing existing offerings and identifying opportunities to launch innovative deposit products.
Perform market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive developments, and support the formulation of effective marketing initiatives.
Stay informed of current regulatory and compliance requirements, and contribute to the design and enhancement of operational processes and workflows.

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the banking industry; exposure to product management functions will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of retail and corporate banking products, as well as global financial market developments.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
