- Process daily incoming/outgoing funds transactions with strict compliance controls;
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve payment enquiries and exceptions;
- Perform daily Client Money Segregation;
- Provide operational surge support during peak periods;
- Participate in system enhancements by providing user requirements and reviewing UAT results.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the securities/futures industry.
- Willing to work shift.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive working attitude with analytical mind-set and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word. Knowledgeable in using VBA will be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin. Knowledge of Japanese/Korean will be an advantage.
