The Role Responsibilities
l Deliver/collect of physical share certificate of clients to/from depositary and related pre-processing
l Deliver Corporate Actions and Settlement related hard copy instruction to HKSCC
l Deliver ad hoc/urgent contract note to IRD office for stamp duty payment.
l Deliver/collect physical Share certificates to/from some premium clients office
l Registration process of physical share certificates in Share Registrar
l Process one-day express share removal services between depositary, Client's office. IRD and Share Registrar and related pre-processing
l Collect physical Dividend warrants or corporate actions related share certificates from Share Registrar on payable date.
l Create Other/Warrants/CBBC CA events set up in Corporate Action system
l Monitor and follow up share certificate for registration before record date.
l Back up to other staff member when they are on annual leave
